The SkyHarvester process includes a thorough planning phase in which we can provide a feasibility study, system specifications, engineering drawings, a complete site audit, LEED evaluation, budget estimate, ROI analysis including water & energy savings data. Upon project funding, we will begin product selection, coordination with subcontractors, and provide a site-specific custom system design.
You can expect thorough project planning complete with target dates, with available installation coordination, on-site supervision and project management. We provide testing and commission, training on your system, and coordination of integration with building automation system, when applicable.
After installation, you can expect system warranty, coordination of initial start-up by a Certified Service Partner, spring start-up and winterization if needed by said Partner, preventative maintenance programs and maintenance guidelines, as well as reliable technical support for the life of your system.
