How can you best protect your investment?
By implementing our Premium Three-Stage Surge Protection solution your electronic controls will receive maximum protection from power line disturbances. Our process incorporates compact and low profile components that provide both surge handling capacity and a noise-calming filter system.
The three-stage process details:
Stage 1: Protect the High voltage components: We provide high energy surge protection for switch gear, motors, transformers, and Variable Frequency Drives. Line power (480 volt or 230 volt) protection is 200kA transient amps clamping plus EMI/RFI filtration. Most competitors offer only 85kA and no filtration.Stage 2: Protect the Control voltage components: We include high energy transient/surge protection for low voltage and microprocessor equipment. Power clamping capacity for 120 volt is 25kA. Most competitors do not offer control voltage protection.Stage 3: Protect the Low Voltage components and sensors: We ensure that even the low voltage components like transducers, flow sensors, and sensitive analog electronics are protected against surges. Our low voltage (24 Volt) protection is 20kA capacity. Most competitors do not offer low voltage component protection.
