EZ-FEED INJECTION
The Watertronics EZ Feed Fertigation Injection System offers the ability to apply fertilizers or other chemical products directly through our irrigation pump stations. EZ Feed is a high quality, rugged injection pump with an adjustable stroke control and an over-sized motor. The superior engineering and design of our EZ Feed system seamlessly integrates into our irrigation pump station by utilizing our remote monitoring software packages.
All injection pumps are Alloy 20 material complete with PVC check valve, isolation valve, fitting connections and injection quill. Watertronics utilizes standard AC Induction motors, which provide greater reliability and off-the-shelf availability. Additional options include: single and dual head proportional feed systems with a single motor; up to three independent injection pumps, each with an independent Variable Frequency Drive; and liquid level transducer with chemical tank level display and low liquid level shutdown feature.
Monitoring made easy
All EZ Feed Fertigation Injection Systems are fully integrated into the Watervision 6 remote monitoring software package. Watervision 6 features remote monitoring and control of the injection rate, tank levels, minimum and maximum speed of injection pump(s) and calibration of up to three independent injector pump(s) per station. Through the VirtualVision Touch Screen Operator Interface, the user has the ability to set up to three unique lockout periods per day. Additional Watervision features include automatic email report notification, audible alarm indication, and systematic modification of each pump's injection rate proportional to station flow.
