Watertronics is the only manufacturer to completely “live” test every pump station at full flow and pressure. Our unique process of Dynamic Factory Testing ensures that each product will perform exactly as promised. The proprietary procedure tests every function of our pump stations under simulated field conditions. This reduces setup time, prevents headaches and hassles, and ensures complete satisfaction with your pump station.
We provide documentation including performance graphs and a data log of all motor electrical usage and pump data. The results are automatically recorded in small flow output increments and presented to our customers and PSN Service Technician for verification. This one of a kind process provides a foundation of baseline data necessary to maximize the life of your pump station.
What tests are conducted in the process?
Pump stations are tested throughout the entire operating range at the key discharge pressure detailed in the technical specifications.
